Foundations of Flow
5-Week Beginner Series
Saturdays Jan 20th - Feb 17th 12pm-1:15pm
Want to build a strong, sustainable yoga asana practice? This series is perfect for beginner yoga students while also being beneficial for anyone who wants to learn how to move better on and off the mat.
Barefoot Yoga teacher April Golden (E-RYT 500), trained by LYT Method creator and physical therapist Lara Heimann, will lead this foundational series using functional anatomy and purposeful movement. Each week you'll learn a LYT Method core concept and explore that concept in traditional yoga poses found commonly in group yoga classes. Sessions will include targeted yoga sequences to retrain your habitual movement patterns and overcome postural imbalances.
Whether your goal is to practice at home or to attend group classes, this series will give you the confidence and knowledge to move your body safely and effectively.

Welcome and join Lo Patt for Barefoot Studio's monthly Full Moon Gathering!
For this class please come prepared with a journal, pen, yoga mat and open heart.
This class will include light movement, breathwork, teachings of the moon cycle, a release burn ritual, and self guided oracle card readings.
Lo’s intention for the full moon gatherings is to bring the spiritual community together in a safe space for all with the opportunity to reflect, connect, and release what no longer serves us. This class is designed for anyone who is journeying into the self. This class will occur once a month, on the night of the full moon, centering the theme of that moon.
