Moon Circles are designed to bring together anyone seeking a deeper connection with self. Each circle focuses on a theme corresponding to that moon's current archetypal pattern, and includes ritual, pranayama, meditation, discussion, journal prompts and oracle card interpretations. Moon Circles are open to adult women and men.
Full Moons occur when the moon is at its brightest, and we often experience a surge of energy. This is the time to revisit the things you’ve been building or working on - either moving towards completion, changing direction, or scratching it all together. This is when we practice detachment and release things no longer serving us.
What you'll need: A journal + writing utensil, a yoga mat or meditation pillow to sit on (there is no physical asana).
Optional: Oracle or Tarot Cards, and any other sacred objects (such as crystals, candles, mala beads, etc.)
Note: You will be led through a guided meditation. If you prefer a reclined position, gather some comfy blankets, pillows, etc. to accommodate.
Due to the popularity of this monthly gathering, we request that you give at least 24 hours notice if you are registered and unable to attend so we can open those spots to those on the waitlist. No shows are non-refundable
Beginner Yoga Series
w/ April Golden

This 4 week beginner series will emphasize safe and optimal alignment for individual bodies. Students will learn the foundational postures and movements they'll see in a beginner class, and they'll gain the knowledge of how to adjust those poses for their specific needs. This series is perfect for anyone brand new to yoga or a student looking to refine their current practice.
April is a Level 1 LYT certified teacher working on her Level 2 (500-hour) certification. The specialized LYT Yoga® method champions freedom through safer, smarter, and more conscious movement patterns.
