OUR STUDIO

 

Barefoot Studio was founded in 1995 and is located at 3515 Old Cantrell Road behind the restaurant Loca Luna in the Riverdale business district in Little Rock, Arkansas, just minutes from Downtown, and a short 15-minute drive from Maumelle and North Little Rock. Barefoot is the longest running Yoga studio in Arkansas, and has been named "Best Yoga Studio in Central Arkansas" in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 by The Arkansas Demo-zette, Sync Weekly, Arkansas Times, AY Magazine, Natural Awakenings Magazine, and Soiree' Magazine.  The studio has two spacious practice spaces, and a beautiful retail and sitting area for a combined 4500 square feet of space. The studio is open seven days a week and offers classes for beginner, intermediate, advanced, self-practice, restorative, yin, hot yoga, mommy & me, and much more! We carry many local/Arkansas brands in our lobby/retail area! We also offer complimentary bottled water and have a chilled water dispenser for filling up your bottles. 

 

*First time to yoga? Your first week is FREE! All you need to practice is a yoga mat! 

 

**It is highly recommended to not practice yoga on a full stomach. A light snack is no problem 30 minutes or so before class.

 

***When practicing hot yoga, it is highly recommended to drink 40-60oz of water at least 2-3 hours prior to the class (in addition to regular daily intake). You're welcome to bring your own mat. Bringing a towel and water bottle to hot yoga is highly suggested. Barefoot Studio Hot Yoga classes use a combination of Infrared Heaters, Forced Air Heaters, and Electric Heaters for the perfect combination and 100+ degree temps to practice in!
