Hatha trained and influenced by teachers of Iyengar and Ashtanga Yoga, Megan blends these methods with her dance background to design dynamic classes, filled with fluid and cohesive sequences that allow the body and breath to move freely and naturally in a style that is truly unique. Megan believes that our yoga practice ebbs and flows – that there is a time to push, and a time to rest. She guides students to learn identify the difference through the exploration of asana, pranayama, and meditation. With this knowledge, students have the healing tools to maintain emotional, physical, and spiritual harmony long after class as ended. Megan is an E-RYT 200 and YACEP with the Yoga Alliance. She received her RYT 200 at Lotus Yoga Dallas, completed her RYT 500 through Sanctuary for Yoga in Nashville, and Sevanti Institute's Level 1 Ayurveda Foundations program.
