Abiding as the Heart of Oneness:
A Weekend With Richard Miller
January 26 28, 2007
Co-hosted by: Barefoot Studio, Cedar Rock Yoga Studio, Simply Yoga, Turquoise Tree Yoga, Viniyoga Arkansas, and Yoga Studio of Little Rock
Nondual wisdom teachings are timeless practices designed to help us recognize our inherent ground of Oneness. When we abide as the heart of oneness in the midst of daily life, our every action is informed by wholeness, intelligence, love, compassion, and truth.
During the weekend, nondual wisdom teachings will be explored. The practices of meditation, self-inquiry, body sensing yoga, breath awareness, deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra), and dialogue will be engaged. These practices point toward the recognition of your natural state of unconditioned, loving Presence- the Heart of Oneness. Go beyond your perception of separation and awaken to what you truly are: timeless Being, meditation in every moment.
