4 Week Introduction to Yoga Course
Each Thursday, September 18 - October 9
$60 per person for course
The 4 Week Intro to Yoga Course with Barefoot Studio teacher, Peggy Scranton, will break down the basics even more than a beginner session including asana practice (posture), pranayama (breathing), and meditation. Open to all ages, and a great refresher course for long-time practitioners.
**You're welcome to bring your own mat, or we have some at the studio that can be borrowed. It is highly recommended to not practice yoga on a full stomach. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in.
Upon completion, each student will receive 7 days of FREE yoga classes: Friday, Oct 10, through Thursday, Oct 16. Attend as many classes as you'd like to try at no charge beginning the day AFTER the Intro Course for a full 7 days.
**If a friend or family member is planning to attend as well, please be sure to create them a SEPARATE account when pre-registering.
