Holly Krepps began a meditation practice over eleven years ago that led her to yoga. Through her own experiences she discovered that there is an emotional component to most physical illness and needs. Yoga is a vehicle that can facilitate healing emotionally and physically. She was thereby drawn to yoga as a means to restore balance on a deep cellular level. She is very involved in yoga activities in the community. Some of her work includes introducing yoga to elementary schools throughout Central Arkansas from kindergarten to seventh grades, and she teaches yoga on an on-going basis at a local Montessori School. She also works with Baptist Hospital’s Women’s Resource Center and Integrative Medicine Center. Holly is a graduate of Ana Forrest’s rigorous and intense teacher training program.
