*It is recommended to not practice on a full stomach, eating at least 2-3 hours prior to practice. Wear comfy clothing that you can move freely in. You're welcome to bring your own mat, and if you use our mats we have mat cleaner & towels for wiping down after use.
*For hot classes we recommend bringing your own mat, or if you use ours please clean mats after class and hang them to dry at back of room.
*All Hot classes have 'Hot' in the title. They are heated 95-99 degrees. It is highly recommended to drink 40-60oz of water 2-3 hours prior to a hot class (in addition to your daily water intake).
*Classes welcome ALL levels unless specified within the title of the class, such as Advanced Yoga or Beginner Power Yoga.
*Practice & Play with Advanced Options: This is an advanced practice for yogis ready to take their practice to the next level and play around while doing it! You will probably balance, jump around, go upside down, and/or bend backwards. You are welcome to bring requests for things you would like to work on in class. The teacher will practice and play with you in this energetic, fun session!
*From the Ground Up: this class will add strength to your practice by exploring all aspects of arm balances. Some classes may be in a workshop formate to further explore breath work, alignment, and variation. All levels welcome!
*All Levels Flow: is perfect for the lunch-crunch hour to get the spine moving in all directions, and just the right amount of movement & stillness.
*Hot Yoga for Runners: this sunrise class is designed for runners and open to non-runners! Yoga for Runners helps prevent injuries all while opening spaces in the body that we use the most for endurance~all while strengthening the core
*Sunset/Candlelit Yoga: Depending on the season & when the sun makes its decent, this all levels class will either be held on the yoga patio or inside the studio. A perfect way to end your day!
*Vinyasa Flow: Vinyasa flow is the alignment of movement & breath welcoming a dynamic flow for all levels.
*Warm Restortive: a scrumptious warm restorative session that guides you into deep relaxation with minimal effort being supported by props (bolster, blocks, blanket). Suitable for all levels, no experience necessary. Room will be heated 78-80 degrees.
*Mommy & Me yoga is led by Breezy, and her one year old daughter, Riley Jennings. Parent or guardian (Dad's welcome) will experience a yoga practice together, beautiful bonding between parent & child, and helping the child's fussiness, sleeping, and digestive system. We are open to ages infant-2yrs old. The cost of the class for parent & one child is within our regular price packages at the west location (included in your west package purchase), and the cost for a second child is $7 (if parent already has a current package at west that can be used). Two children maximum with one adult. Please feed children before the practice (its encouraged to attend to your baby however is needed during the practice, so feeding is acceptable as well, and you're welcome to bring their favorite comfy item for resting upon (bobby, pillow, blanket, toy, etc)
*Morning Hatha Flow: Morning Hatha Flow is an all levels flow~gentle & energizing practice that opens and awakens the body & mind in preparation for the day.
*Body Breath Be: half hour of basic asana (poses)with a focus on pranayama (breathing) and meditation to practice mindfulness and self awareness.
